No, the mistreatment and exploitation of women in Muslim countries will not be a catalyst for war. I'd settle for sanctions against the most egregious offenders, unfortunately human rights are not high on my government's list of priorities.

No. Leadership doesn't much care how women are treated; they care about oil and power. They might use liberation of the women as an excuse, but it will never be the true reason behind war. Taliban was having a good old time enslaving women and not one "enlightened nation" did a damn thing about it.
And as your first correspondent said, all current religions treat women poorly. We just have to keep making gains whenever we can.

Let's hope the Goddess will arise someday and show them whatfor.

Every religion has treated women as inferior to men. That is the reason god is called He in every religion.Global conflicts are use of religion as politics and not treatment of Women.

no, any culture different from ours is intolerable to western culture, and we wont be happy until there is a wallmart,mcdonalds,disneyland and cocacola vending machine ,in every country in the world in many locations and english is the main language of the world and every converts over to being good republican christian fundamentalists, come on over to dark side,
