It means you should probably upgrade your RAM because your computer is using up all of the space in the paging file on your hard drive. This happens when Windows cannot fit anything else into RAM and it needs a temporary place to store things, it stores them in a file on your hard drive called the page or swap file. If you upgrade your RAM, no doubt your computer will be faster and your hard drive will last longer.
