Bono is the lead singer of a band named U2. Yahoo has confirmed that it IS Bono who placed that question on YAs.

I think "Bono" was a paid PR stunt by Yahoo! to make it appear as though guys like Bono would actually be interested in spending time chatting with us mere mortals on YA.

hell no, not only will he not read the 30,000 answers, the guy who put it up for bono won't even read the 30,000 answers.
Its just a way to promote himself and make him out to be a great humanitarian.
he doesn't give a rats a$$ people are dieing in Africa everyday and neither does most people otherwise they would have the problem solved already.
You don't think if people really wanted to help, they couldn't go over there and build like 100 mcDonalds in like a month.

umm i don't know cuz that would be alot of answers to go through to pick best answer cuz right now there are currently 29345 answers for his question. so.... i mean i was just going through the pages of those answers he got like reading some of those answers and like most are reallllly long and i got to like the seventh page. then i gave up. cuz like there are soooo many pages of answers to like a question that has only 50 answers to it. So going through to find best answer for a question that has 29345 answers on it would take probably forever to pick one. i mean sure he might pick one. but he might just put it into voting. but i guess it just depends on Bono. and if he wants to read all those..... that would be cool if he did pick best answer. but i didn't even answer his question. so not like it would be me getting picked best answer. OMG like i just checked his question again and he now has 29466 so like he got 121 more answers since i typed! ya see what im talking about? ok just checked again and plus one! so now its 29467. So there i will just stop right there i think you got the point o my answer. but yeah alot of celebs choose their own best answers to their questions they asked like Billie Joe Armstrong. I know he does.

no all the questioners that are famous are here to qualify their own beliefs not to ask a real question of anyone here they are asking questions that are self serving and they have the answers its like the police they are told not to ask a question they dont have the answer to already
