Where can i take a pole dance class or strippercise class in or around Hampton, Virginia?

I don't know about any classes but you can check out Carmen Eleckra's videos that she has. There's about 5 of them and you can find them at Best Buy or to be more discreet buy them off the internet.

I don't know where you could do that but that reminds me of the episode of King of Queens where he wanted his wife to take a class like that. She was really awful at it but she thought she was doing really good. He finally fessed up about a week later that she was bad at it so he showed her how to do it. He's all on the pole dancing. He was pretty good for a man! It was so funny!

Can't answer for Virginia...there is one on the link I provided where acutal lessons are in Nevada otherwise you may have to try an dvd like what is also on the link.
FAWNIA offers pole dance lessons on her dvds and ebay sells removable dance poles you can attach to your ceiling and remove to store away.
