Pittsburgh. They have the oldest arena in the league(NHL), and they have been trying to get the city to help financially in a new building for a while, but the Steelers and Pirates have relatively new stadiums, so money is tight. Also, rumour has it that Mark Cuban and Dan Marino are interested in buying the Pens, if that leads to a new arena, is yet to be seen, apparently Mario wants out as well.

There is a new arena going up in Broomfield, Colorado, USA. The building is currently know as: Broomfield Events Center. It will be the home for both a basketball club as well as a hockey club...
