You can contact me if you want to share some details.
Do you want to setup a small workgroup network? Just go to Computer 1 and go to its properties under SYSTEMS. Change the workgroup name to something unique. Make sure Computer 2 has the same workgroup name.
Then setup a small home network and make sure you choose a file you want them to share.
This is for a small file sharing network. I am not sure what type of network you want your computers to have, but thats a simple file sharing network you can create for your computers.
Then go to Start and then click on MY NETWORK neighborhood and you should see the directories you are sharing.
if you are just trying to make your computers share your ISP then thats easy...just make sure all your computers that you want wireless has either WIFI or a wireless card/adapter. Then just make sure the wireless computer or laptop uses the wireless connection and not the local area connection. It should pick up the signal from your wireless router.

Yes. You need a wireless NIC card for the computer you're going to go wireless with. You'll also need a wireless router. If your internet does not come with one (only a modem), you'll need one. Trust me.
1. Connect the router to the internet (directly or via the modem, if necessary) using Cat5e ethernet cable.
2. Connect one computer to the wireless router with an ethernet cable.
3. Get the router's instructions out and find the default LAN IP address, user name and password (usually 192.168.1.1 or something similar, "admin", blank or "password".
4. Open a web browser on the computer and type in "http://192.168.x.x" (substitute the x's for whatever your router's IP is.) This will bring up your router's configuration page. (sometimes you have to telnet in... when buying the router, ask. If you have to telnet... buy another. Don't even try).
5. Follow the steps in the instructions to configure the router. You'll need an "external" WAN IP (usually this will be provided by your internet company). Make sure DHCP is turned on.
6. Set security for WEP, 64-bit encryption. This will generate a WEP key (use the first key if it creates more than one). Write the WEP key down.
7. From your computer, use the wizard to set up a wireless network. Just follow the prompts...
8. When you get stuck, if you get stuck, e-mail me.

If you bought a specific router it should have step by step instructions or you can check the website or even call tech support. If you have a specific step you are stuck on, post it here and someone can help.

If you already have a network, plug the wi-fi thingy in and there you go.
We always un-plug ours when we aren't using it so that no one can latch on to our network.
