My Dad's name is Ichwan (good friend in Arabic) and my mom's name is Johanna (a very dutch name). I plan to name my kids something that has arabic and dutch feel to it.

For a girl you could try one of these names:
Sasilvia (Hawaiian) from the name Silvia
Silvia is latin, and it means woodland maid
Saskia (Slavic) Protector of Mankind
Tonja (Dutch/German) Form of Tonya
Tonya is latin, and it means worthy of praise...You could mix it up any way you like...spelling, sound, however to get the Arabic/Dutch feel you like
Another name you could do this with is Sasha...It is a Russian name, but there are so many different spellings which give it all sorts of different sounds. My name, for example, is spelled Sassa, which is the German form of Sasha. The meaning of it is Defender of Mankind
Neither of these names are originally Arabic or Dutch, but
they do have the nice ring and uniqueness of both types of
names, so you still have that feel
For a boy:
Ali (Arabic, Native American) God, little, the highest
Emir (Arabic) Charming Prince
Kyler (Dutch) archer

Good luck with your search...You've got great backgrounds with your names, so I'm sure whatever names you pick out will be perfect.
For a full list of names, you can go to these sites:

They don't have anything with a mixture of origins, but I'm sure you can mix and match to find something you love.

Despite their many differences, there are many names thast occur in both the Koran andthe Bible. You could probably find a biblical name that would serve your purpose; you might find the name in Dutch and then use the Arabic translation.
