Go to a docter and get professional help. He or she will refer you to any other type of help you need, but in this case you should only trust a professional.

When I first became pregnant I was so scared.... It helped to talk to someone that had already had kids. You never really get over being scared. You just become scared of different things. (will I and the baby be healthy, will it hurt, whats it going to feel like, how will I know if something is wrong, as you get farther along excitement may take over and you wont feel as scared. I also had a husband to talk to who was very understanding. I got pregnant when i was 20. now I have a beautiful 8month old little boy and he is the best thing to happen to me.

Don't be scared. There are many options now a days for women. I dont' know your circumstance but I was a single mom for the last six years but recently found a loving husband and am pregnant for the second time. Things work out the way they are supposed to. Everything will be okay ;)

Why exactly are you scared? Are you young? What are you scared of? Being pregnant? Having a baby? Or raising a child? Its hard to answer with such little information, but having a child is a wonderful experience and there is no need to be afraid.

First thing you need to do is see a doctor. There are programs for low income if you don't have a lot of money. I was 16 when I got pregnant and I was scared, too. If you need someone to talk to, I would be happy to listen.

If you are looking for some good pregnancy info... "What to Expect when you're Expecting" Wonderful reference book, month to month info, plus a section on things that may come up problem wise, so that you can be prepared and understand what your body is going though.

Get some rest, you probably need it!!

Crisis Pregnancy Centers are a farce. They don't give you real information. They are staffed by ultra-conservative old ladies who will do ANYTHING to make you feel guilty.

Instead, go to Planned Parenthood. They can give you ALL of your options, including carrying the pregnancy through to term, adoption, and abortion. They aren't going to try to guilt you into making the wrong decision for yourself-- they are there to give you all the facts and let you choose for yourself.

If it's true your boyfriend slept with someone else, you need to go get tested for STDs and to determine how far along you are in the pregnancy. If you are a teenager, you can go to Planned Parenthood.
