So will living, you idiots! No one is going to live forever so why not enjoy the living while we're here? And who are you all to tell us how to live our lives?! I'm tired of the non-smokers preaching at me! You're worse than the Christians.... Is there anyone else out there fed up with it?

For the one that said that living does not kill you, you are full of sh*t! From the second you are born, your days are numbered. Just by being alive you have insured your death. So, living does kill you. You can't escape it.

I smoke and for Miss nasty nice and Mr nasty nice years upon year people smoke that really were intelligent people but at one time or another they had to be influenced most of the ones that don't smoke has mostly lived a sheltered life and had someone to turn to its mostly intercity kid that finds peer pressure hard to resist then it becomes a habit that's hard to kick what we wont do to fit in as an adolescents every one has a fault or two so no matter what anyone things I DON'T CONSIDER SMOKING NO WORSE THAN THE SNOBBY PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT IT.

I'm a non smoker and this is bullsh*t, arguing over a matter of someones choice will not solve anything. this whole situation is quite amusing. 1. a little smoke coming from somebody sitting 2 booths away from you in a restaurant won't kill you unless you have the world's weakest immune system. 2. Everyone is going to die no matter what, if it's not one thing it'll be another. Stop preaching, if they want to quit they'll quit. So they'll die a little earlier oh well. let them, it's nature's way of balancing the amount of people we have. Unless you are a smoker or you live with a smoker who constantly breaths smoke into your lungs, it shouldn't be that big of a problem for you.

I think that the constant preeching / nagging about the dangers of smoking is ridiculous. I however am one of the non-smokers that would prefer not to be around the smoke for fear of getting lung cancer or something and taking my life faster then I want to go. That doesn't mean that I want to hear all the nagging for the smokers. I am on your side when it comes to that. I know that I am going to die at some point anyways, I just want it to be a well lived life and not die of something like that.

So don't be mad at all the non-smokers. Just the ones that bit@h all the time!

Well..
sure-- I'm pretty tired of hearing it too because I already know the effects and decided that I didn't want to smoke.
In other words-- people should stop telling others because it's a matter of choice- if you want to smoke-- go ahead, if you don't-- go ahead too. .
The reason they stress the dangers of smoking is because they want to let those who do not know about smoking about it-- like a background info before they make the decision.
so even though I am a non-smoker-- I have realized that people can make the choices they want-- there is only so much someone can lecture you about things-- after that-- it's ur body and ur life.

I'm fed up with people judging a group as a whole. "I'm so tired of hearing you ALL whine..." We don't ALL whine about it. I've never told anyone how to live their life. And frankly, you just make YOURSELF look like an idiot. Being alive is killing me? Yes, we're all going to die at some point. Why not try to extend it as much as possible? You're not dying by living. What a dumb thing to say.

No, you're an idiot. "Living" does not kill you. Disease or injury or old age kills you. Not only will smoking make you die, for some people it will make the last years or decades of your life miserable because of reduced cardio-pulmonary capacity. Ask my emphysema-ridden grandfather who can barely walk if he's taking your advice and "enjoying the living" while he's here.

Also, new research shows that there is no safe level of second-hand smoke. Therefore you're not just killing you, you're killing me.

The more we talk about the dangers of cigarettes, the more it becomes common knowledge, the greater the percentage of the population that thinks it's dumb to smoke. So put out your cigarette and shut your ignorant mouth.

I am! The man is only human! But athletes are highly regarded as role models especially to young children. People have to realize he is not a hero but just an amazing athlete and leave it at that. He also should have done what he did in private. Everybody's phone has a camera on it and with CCTV everywhere you can't even pick a wedgie without someone watching!

I get tired of hearing it but what's worse is the people who can't understand the dangers and think smoking is cool.
Most of the smokers I know wish they had more will power to quit.
I don't care if you die from it.
One less idiot in the world.

I smoke, in the privacy of my garage. I don't smoke in public places or my car, or my home for that matter. This is by my choice. I live and work with non-smokers.
I choose to smoke. People choose to complain. Smoking is bad for our health, we all know that. So is complaining and worrying about other people's habits.
I am respectful about not smoking around others, I expect them to be respectful of my choices too.
