Mission Space. It is one of the most intense rides anywhere. Tower of Terror is a close second. It is not just the free fall, it is the whole story leading up to the actual ride that get you.

It depends on what you determine as "scary". If you do not enjoy fast roller coasters, then it would be Rock N Roller Coaster located in the MGM Studios. If you have small children, who become easily frightened you may not want to take them on Stitch's Great Escape in Tomorrowland in the Magic Kingdom, or on the Haunted Mansion at Liberty Square in the Magic Kingdom. Most rides that may scare young children have warnings on the signs before you enter the line. Adults will probably find very few attractions at Disney World "scary", but if you have health conditions, or a tendency to get motion sickness those warnings will also be on the signs before you enter a ride line.

In light of some recent events, it may be wise to consult a physician, or have a physical before attending any amusement park to make sure you are in a healthy condition.

It USED TO BE Extra Terrorestrial Alien Encounter, but they replaced that with Stitch, which I found pretty scary.

Mission Space isn't really "scary", it's either fun or vomit inducing. I think one of the scarier rides that most don't pay attention to or don't know about is Dinosaur, formerly Countdown to Extinction at the Animal Kingdom. It's a "Dark Ride" with big, very scary dinosaurs chasing you. This will give kids, and maybe some adults, nightmares fer sher.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is also up on that list.

SIGH.... rides don't kill people at Disney... health conditions do. Some people...

I would say either Dinosaur at Animal Kingdom or Space Mountain at Magic Kingdom. Both are really fun though!

Definitely the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. It's fun, and I go on it, but I always get that feeling in my stomach as soon as I enter the park, before I even get to the entrance to the Hotel. And on the ride, it's especially scary when you have the seat without any bar to hold onto.

none of them are really scary because the park is meant for young children and families, i am going to have to go with space mountain because it is in the dark and it is a single seat ride so you have no one to hold on to!!! but i was only scared on that when i was like 7, the tower of terror is also scary, but that isn't in disney its in MGM. i hope this helps! :)
