I would recommend T Mobile, I've been with them for 6 years and have only a few trivial complaints.
GSM is world wide, so if you travel, you will be able to use your phone anywhere including Europe, Asia, Africa, South America. CDMA which is Spring is only common in North America. Yes, they run CDMA in Asia, but it's a different generation and is not compatible with Sprint or Verizon phones. If you have a quad band GSM phone (world phone) you will be able to receive and make calls anywhere.
T Mobile also has great costumer service. I don't know about sprint, but I know through my experience, T Mobile has been able to answer my question and resolve the technical issues at a reasonable time. With GSM, you can also buy a phone not on the T Mobile webpage and use it with TMobile. I have a phone that you can only get in Asia and I use it with TMobile. That is one benefit. You can't do that with Sprint.

T-Mobil is offering 1500 minutes for $39/month and Sprint is offering the same amount of minutes for $79/mo but has free nights and weekends starting at 7p.m. (big bonus)...T-Mobil might be something to really consider - especially if you don't go over 1500 minutes (which by the way is not that hard to stay under).

T-cellular it isn't any longer TOO extreme priced and under no circumstances TOO less expensive as in case you've been TO HAVE problems with THE signal. MY artwork cellular telephone IS CINGULAR AND quite I THANK GOD i'm no longer the only which pays IT because it SUCKS THE signal SUCKS AND it truly is so extreme priced. I PAY WHAT YOU PAYED FOR VERIZON and that i have A kin PLAN WITH 3 phones contained in the PLAN, endless CALLING between THE phones, endless textual content MESSAGING (you should operate THAT function in spite of the indisputable fact that in spite of the indisputable fact that it truly is so properly worth IT exceptionally even as THE PLAN IS including your BOYFRIEND-WE communicate ALOT!) AND we've seven hundred minutes to apply quite WE under no circumstances USE all of them WE likely finally end up utilising LIKE four hundred-500 A MONTH. the only draw back IS THAT MY minutes do not ROLL OVER :( in spite of the indisputable fact that it is fantastic. ALOT of human beings don't understand THIS yet you understand how CINGULAR SUPPOSEDLY HAS better signal properly no longer authentic because T-cellular DID a freelance WITH ALL of those cellular telephone businesses which incorporates CINGULAR THAT IF THERE weren't TO BE A T-cellular TOWER IN an section the position you're AT THEN the phone makes use of A CINGULAR TOWER. some MONTHS in the past I WENT TO WISCONSIN and they did no longer have A T-cellular TOWER OVER THERE AND when I CHECKED MY telephone instead of THE exhibit screen putting forward T-cellular IT stated CIGULAR THEN IT WENT TO EINSTEIN cellular I type of were given SCARED and that i requested THEM IF i became GOING TO BE CHARGED AND THE stated NOPE!! it is free TO OUR shoppers!! I CHECKED MY bill even as IT got here IN and that i HAD NO ROAMING expenditures OR some thing!!! IT became all an similar because the perfect bill!! SO i presumed THAT became a cool function! SO provide THEM A attempt I completely propose THEM. MY BOYFRIEND HAD CINGULAR AND HE PAYED $one hundred ninety once i became SO MAD SO I informed HIM to modify AND WE DID you do no longer understand how a lot money we've kept we've 3 phones AND WE purely PAY about $one hundred twenty in step with month it is quite COOL! P.S. we stay IN ILLINOIS

It really depends on your location, needs and desire. Try going to www.mobiledia.com and reading reviews from people in your area. The reviews outline customer service, reception and general satisfaction. Also try www.phonescoop.com, they have a checklist that helps you to pick the perfect phone for you, by carrier! Good Luck!
