Whether it from your nose, your butt, your pee, or something you coughed up...you should look at it! What comes out of your body provides an important benchmark as to your health.

Is your urine clear and pale, are your bowel movements constipated or is there blood, is your snot/phlegm green or brown or thick, etc.? These are all important clues as to what's going on inside. If YOU don't have a right to look, who does?
