First off - what products are you currently using? If you're using heavily scented stuff that could be what's causing part of your problem! Keep your face clean, remove all make up and grit accumulated throughout the day with a cool unscented baby wipe, then use a lite astringent - if you use an alcohol based cleanser that may dry out your skin too much, and add to your problem. Unfortunately it's not something that can be cured over night, but keep at it, and get a little sunshine (not a burn) but that'll help too! Up your water intake, and you're set!

Proactiv it's the best and fastest working product out right now I myself have used it and it gives results the only thing is that I don't know if this has happened to anyone else but I tried to stop using it and my skin became very dry and some of my acne came back so I had to go back to using it almost as if my skin has become dependant on it.

I use Rapid Clear, but ive also heard Pro Activ works. Also, try mixing baking soda w/ hot water and leaving it in over night. Works 4 me.
Just be sure 2 wash ur face 3 or 4 times a day.

1)Keep your hair off your face and ensure you cleanse your forehead after applying hair products in particular.
2)if you have an active lifestyle don't allow your perspiration to keep drying on your face.
3) Guzzle up that water yes good old H2o not soda pop and juice.
4) If that doesn't work see your dermatologist.

If they are only on your forehead, that should be an indication that your shampoo or conditioner (or both) is causing the problem. For treatment measures, I suggest 100% Tea Tree Oil. It brings down the irritation and prevent the new ones.

what you need to do is suck up the excess oil that is there. If you can't get your hands on proactiv (which is excellent), try washing your face with baby shampoo just before you go to bed. Also, wash your face with Phisoderm in the morning and at lunch.

Well do not pick or pop your pimples, and wash your face everynight with face wash. Even wash your face in the shower with a bar of soap.
