I would talk to her about this. It could be a female orgasm or it could be problems with pelvic relaxation. Do you have children? Going through a vaginal delivery can cause the muscles that hold the bladder in place to become weak. There are procedures that can cause it to strength, from kegel's to surgery. But first talk to her and find out if she is having an orgasm. IF SO.... WAY TO GO!!! But good luck either way!!

Maybe when you are thrusting into her, you are pressing up on her bladder. Do some investigation...insert a finger or two into her vagina and press on various places. You'll find out where it is when she says that it feels like she has to pee.
Then again, like some of the other responses, it could be that she's having a great orgasm and the secretions in her urethra come out when she's climaxing. Ask her about it...that would be your first step.

She should pee first. Also, everyday she should do Kegal Exercises. This is where she tightens the sphincter around her urethra and holds it for a few seconds, or she can do the same thing by stopping her pee midstream and holding it for a few seconds every time she uses the bathroom. This helps strengthen that muscle, and hopefully it will help her to avoid peeing during sex.

Why not ask her what is happening? If she is climaxing feel good about yourself cause you are making her get off by your manliness. Be proud of that. Try communication you will realize much more than you do now about your relationship.

Is it during climax? If it is then it's probably not pee, but rather female ejaculation, feel lucky she's one in a thousand or you know how to rock that boat. or both

Have her drink no fluids for about half an hour before you do it and make sure she goes before you start.

Are you sure that's what it is? Maybe she is one of those lucky women who experiences female ejaculation. If so, you are both doing something right!!!!
