If I believe that you can heal, you should believe it too. It depends on what kind of pain you are in. If in physical pain, you must read 'Natural Cures "They" Don't Want You to Know About' by Kevin Trudeau. This book is amazing and I guarantee you, you will find the answers. If in emotional pain, don't take any drugs that psychiatrists might give you, you'll only be poisoning yourself. Never think that there is no hope for you, that everything is bad. You need to identify the source of your pain, and then you will know how to get rid of it. Go off somewhere into nature where you can be alone for a while and heal naturally. Go and enjoy the warm sunshine and the fresh smell of mountain air. Mother nature will heal you, not drugs. I'm studying psychology, take my advice, escape for a while. Forget about your troubles and be yourself.

Take some Aleve or Bayer. Or figure out what hurts. It may be mutliple things. See a chiropractor. If you back is outta whack it can mess everything up. Some are pretty good about not 'popping or cracking' your back which is really not beneficial to well-being. Take up yoga and get some exercise. Don't fall to the wayside and let your health go to heck. Do something about the initial problem so that it doesn't escalate into chaos and end up in writing pain... get er done!

There are great alternative meds out there. Depends on the type of pain you are having. If possible find a good osteopath and seek their advice and help. I've known a lot of people who have used osteopaths(including me) and they have had much success

What is the pain from?? Certain pain a chiropractor can help with. If that's not an option, you should go see a pain management doctor. My husband sees one for his chronic back pain. He has helped him tremendously.

Has your hospital got a pain team? I have chronic pain and saw the Pain Team, they were brilliant. I have been started on Gabapentin (an anti-epileptic drug also used as a pain reliever) and have improved no end.

sry bout your pain. I suggest chronic-you need about $50 to get a small sack, get a swisher sweet, split it down the middle, empty all the tobacco out and stuff the chronic inside, lick it to seal it up and enjoy!

Have you tried accupuncture or a chiropractor yet? They both can be really good, but only if you get someone who is great.
