Hi

I often have problems falling asleep too. Here follow some tips you can try:

- When trying to sleep, try thinking of a relaxing environment, such as a waterfall or rain drups. Don't count sheep, because that will activate your brain.

- Try to breath in 5 secs and slowly breath out 5 seconds. Repeat this a few times and you will notice that you are becoming more relaxed.

- If these tactics don't aid I advice you go to another room and watch tv or read a book until you get sleepy.

I used to have the same problem so I would exercise after dinner at night because it would ware me out and I would fall asleep faster but you can also try going to bed earlier and watching TV or take a muscle relaxant and it should calm whatever is keeping you awake! Just don't get hooked :)! Try not to stress after work, or try not to worry about things because they tend to make it a lot harder to fall asleep! good luck with the zzz's!

Totally Tylenol PM, as long as you get about 7 hours of sleep you feel great in the morning. If you take any kind of liquid stuff like NyQuil that leaves you feeling kinda goofy in the morning, tylenol pm is nothing like that

A cup of warm milk, the smell of lavender is said to help you sleep better, use some lavender linen spray on your sheets or keep a bottle of essential oil on your nightstand & just take a whiff when you're having trouble snoozing :)
My dad always told me to concentrate on 'relaxing your tongue' it sounds weird but it does work, you'll zonk out before you know it!
