Does anyone know how to sell houses or do real estate on the Sims 2 OFB expansion pack?

Someone even said that you could own a hotel on OFB. Is that true also?

I don't know about the hotel, but that would be cool.

As for the real estate bit..I don't know. unless you buy other lots, and make improvements, then sell them back to the city.

There probably isn't a way to do that, but if there is, you can find the answer on http://www.modthesims2.com. If your question hasn't been asked before, you have to join the site to ask a question, but joining the site is free and the moderators are very good and will answer any questions asked.
