Just about every American car make has raced in a NASCAR or Grand National race at some point in time. However, if you mean cars with factory support, there's the Big Three-GM ( Chevy, Pontiac, Buick, Olds ) FoMoCo ( Ford, Mercury ) and Mopar ( Dodge, Plymouth ) and AMC on a limited basis.

Oldsmobile. Back in the day, they raced street cars not like the cars they race now. The cars now are so much alike they are almost identical but back in the day, they took the car they used for running moonshine and raced that.
