Tell your goons to stop harassing my family, and leave my mistress out of this, she dosen't know anything. I thought you gave me to the end of the month to pay you, isn't breaking my arm, leg, nose, fingers, toes, wrist, knee caps, pelvis, neck, ear, left cheek, jaw, index finger, eyelash(yeah you broke that too) and ankle enough?

Yes he will, and he most likely will.

If they dont pay within 2 weeks, then you can always complain to ebay to get your seller fees refunded. You wont lose anything so I would hold off on the negative feedback until you are sure he's being a deadbeat buyer.

Many people go on vacation around this time so give them the benefit of doubt.

Remember, ebay feedback is your reputation. You dont want a negative feedback as much as the buyer probably does not want one either.

yes you can leave negative feedback but so can he. You can add comments to explain his negative feedback and rebutt if necessary. If he does not pay and it has been a few weeks and he is not answering your e-mails then he deserves the negative feedback. I would not worry too much about what he may say to you about it.

If you leave negative feedback, however deserved, you can expect to get with negative feedback back.
Best to try to resolve politely by email.
Inform ebay if no reply.

What grounds would he have to lodge negative feedback against you? HE didn't pay, YOU didn't do anything wrong. I'd say leave the negative feedback so others will be warned that he might not pay. If he does lodge negative remarks against you, take it up with the e-bay folks. Good luck!!!

Yes he could technically do that but before you hit him with a negative I would suggest you file a non-paying bidder complaint with EBAY. They will work with you to try and get payment from the user. You will likely need to contact them via phone or snail mail also to show EBAY you have done all you can to try and get payment.

file a dispute with ebay and ebay will give you a credit after a certain time period the person doesnt respond. the person will get a strike out. wait to see if he gives you a negative feedback after ebay ends the dispute and then you can give your feedback in response to his.

Yes and he probably would. Try the problem resolution program on ebay. It worked out fine for me. It costs, but is worth it.

no, you get the option to leave feedback for a seller once you have recieved payment... and if the buyer did not pay you then he would not have that option until payment was made (if it is ever made).
