I don't talk on the phone much,i do surf the internet and text alot though.

I can not think of any with in that prica range, but just remember when you buy to find one with an expandable memory (i.e. memory card) and may take very large pictures... There are some phones that already have 2+ Megapixels

You need to get a Motorola Razr they come in many colors and they are in your price range and you get a free month of V CAST with verizon!Plus the take videos as well as Photos.And it has blue tooth technology. and you can surf the web.
