When I was 9 I took English lessons at Mexico for 3 years. I learned some words and phrases, bur didn't speak it fluently. Then I came to the US when I was eleven. My first year was a little difficult. I put a lot of effort in it and in the 7th grade I got a reward from each period for being an outstanding student. My English was fluent by then. I graduated with honors junior high and I hope I do so in 2 years. My cousin has been here for the same time and she barely speaks it. So, it's up to the person and how much will they have to achieve their goals. Good luck!!!!!!***

About 2 months if you study well. It can be a longer or shorter time, depending how much you work with it. My son was fluent in German AND Dutch in 3 months, but he studied and talked both on a daily basis in his free time, as well as study time. Get someone to help you along and it will go faster. i think it depends upon Ur interest to learn English.first spell it right dearie.then start preparing for some English objective tests that would accelerate u.if Ur really interested u can master it in a week or two.don't consider the dictionary OK!!!!

They say English is the hardest language to learn. I'd say about 5 years to learn it all.

it all depends on how dedicated you are, and how much time you spend on learning. talking to other people that speak english will definatly help you, you'll pick it up faster. good luck
