While the Whaley House is the most famous haunted place in San Diego (see first link), there are a bunch of other haunted spots in San Diego County. Here are some of the other supposedly haunted spots in San Diego (see second link for more details):
* El Campo Santo Cemetery (Old Town)
* Robinson-Rose House (Old Town)
* El Fandango Restaurant (Old Town)
* Casa De Bandini (Old Town)
* La Casa De Estudillo (Old Town)
* Hotel Del Coronado (Coronado)
* Horton Grand Hotel (Downtown)
* Julian Hotel (Julian)
* Star of India sailing ship (Downtown)
* William Heath Davis house
* Point Loma Lighthouse
* Villa Montezuma (south of Downtown)

The third link also lists a few other places, with a description of why it is said to be haunted. I used to work in the Wells Fargo Bank building downtown, which is supposed to be haunted.

Here are two books on San Diego's haunted spots:

I have the second book.
