I'm happy with most of my body except my upper inner thighs, so good exercises that work fast would be ver helpful, thank you.

Lay on your left side, resting on your elbow, bend your right leg and place your foot behind your left knee, now raise your left leg up and do about 30 reps for each leg. You will really feel the burn on your inner thigh.

lay on your side. both legs straight. the leg that's on top cross it over your other leg . that top leg knee should be bent and foot be on the floor. now the leg that s on bottom" the one your laying on" make your foot bent so it looks like "L".keep leg tight. slowly lift leg up and down. you should be able to feel this in the inner thigh. let it burn :) or use the pilates ring. pUT between legs and squeeze. if at the gym. theres a machine where you can it and use weights to squeeze and work the inner thigh

One of the best ways to work those inner muscles is the plie, from ballet. Or the stripper move of lying on your back with your legs straight up and then letting them fall open and bringing them back together. I got this one from Carmen Electra's strip aerobics and honestly it targets those muscles hard core.

sit on a chair like a kitchen chair or something and extend your legs in the air like a scissor and open and close 40 times semi-slowly, rest for 30 seconds do it 10 times in a row 5 times a week.
