Not all of the time. I have been doing business on Ebay since the site started. Every once and a while i will get a non paying bidder.

I never had problems with that. Normally people pay right away, but there are some who are a bit tardy than others. Try emailing the buyer and asking them for the payment. Are they paying by check, money order, or paypal?

You are always protected. If they dont pay, you can send a complaint to ebay and they will refund you the seller's fees. It might take a few weeks, but they do refund you eventually. Hold off on leaving a negative feedback until the buyer replies to you. If they do not reply for several weeks, you can assume hes just a deadbeat and you can go ahead and leave a negative feedback. Sometimes people go on vacation, so always give benefit of doubt.

eBay would not implement your settlement with the seller to purchase the item, however the seller can record you as a Non-Paying purchaser and flow away destructive comments on the region with reference to the transaction. you're to blame for checking the transport and coping with on an merchandise till now the top of the typical public sale. that's is often shown interior the item itemizing (or there is mostly a "transport Calculator" which will compute it for you), or you are able to, from the itemizing, digital mail the seller to invite with reference to the cost till now you bid.

They've "won" ???

You mean they've bid for, don't you?

Well, if they don't pay, you don't sell.

And make sure you don't get a claim for sellers fees from e-bay for this non-sale by reporting it.

Cheers

E-bay is a scam in my humble opinion.
