Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. loose weight) and you will have more energy. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets don’t work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples: baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads) in one and protein (examples: chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal; they don’t have none or little fat). 30min cardio exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect).
Monday do cardio.
Tuesday body (arms: curls, triceps extensions, pull ups, front press) (abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine).
Wednesday do cardio.
Thursday lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges).
Friday do cardio.
Saturday work your upper body.
Sunday eat anything you want and don’t exercising, you do this on Sunday so your body doesn’t go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stick with this you will have a great body. Also drink a least 8oz of water daily! Stay away from McDonalds, Wendy’s, ect. because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beacon bits, cheese, dressing, ect.).

1.Eat breakfast every morning ; 2 slices of bread with anything U like and a coffee or tea ( with or without sugar ). 2. Don't eat after six pm ( NOTHING - when hungry drink a chamomile tea with 1 slice of lemon, NO sugar ). 3. Except morning, no other breads or pastry thru the day. 4. Potatoes, rice or pasta mixed with vegetables not cheese or meat. 5. Drink THE water ( u know 6-8 glasses a day ).6. Walk 30 min a day. End of story!

eat less, limit calorie intake, drink just water, exercise to help burn fat or extra calories... sit in a sauna every day for a week, dont' change your diet by the way...just eat less, cut you daily calorie intake down to half or a third of your recomended intake and spread those calories out throughout the day....ie eat what you eat but eat a small quantity of it five times a day....this worked for me...lost fifty pounds or more..
btw...if your didn't mean pounds and really meant ponds....pull the cork at the bottom of the pond!

how to lose extra ponds? I think ponds are beautiful. put some fish in them and some ducks! beautiful surroundings

is it just a few pounds?
think about every thing u eat and drink.if u have sugar in drinks then stop.if u have normal coke have diet.have spirits with low cal mixers.
if u have thick bread have medium or thin,semi skimmed or skimmed milk.
if u made only those changes youd lose a few pounds in a few months without even really trying.

best to eat only fruit like apple in dinner
when hungury at night don't eat chip
eat cereal instead don't add whole milk
use less fat milk
and exercise in morning
after dinner go for a walk for 30-60 minutes
don't eat diet pill they are not good
less sleep
wake up early

Exercise and a healthy balanced diet. Yes I know, exercise is like work. Its a shame huh. You actually have to do something to stay in shape. Bon bons and Oprah watching just won't cut it.

Drink more water instead of soda to avoid empty calories, and if you can, walk to do your errands if possible instead of driving. You don't need to do anything strenous to stay fit, and it's easier to force yourself to walk places than it is to force yourself to go to the gym, etc.
