You're going to have to blow your nose really hard. To do this get a tissue and squeeze your nostrils until they mostly closed. The give a substantial exhail (with a closed mouth). That should get anything out.
By decreasing the volume of the nasal cavity, you increase the pressure of the nose blow. Good luck!

Try blowing your nose (worked when I got popcorn stuck up there as a kid.) If that doesn't work get one of those bulbs they have in baby sections for cleaning out an infant's ears. I think it is a suction ball. A turkey baster might work too (squeeze it, insert it, release the bulb and the suction do it's work).

I would not recommend a fire cracker or Dranno! How about plugging your other nostril and blowing hard through the clogged one.

blow your nose or try one of those rubber nose things people use on their infants to clean their noses out. Try not to smell your rice anymore that closely. Its rice.

Gargle with salt water and then lie down for a while. Eventually it will come loose and fall back.
