barnes & noble has a pretty large selection. places like target also have them. they're usually located near the planners or notebooks.

Like scrapbook type books? I'm not sure what you mean. Try Michaels, Hobby Lobby or some other craft store.

You can try Halmark, Walmart, Kmart, Target. I've also seen them in $Tree.
