Limeaway is a great place to start, because it doesn't have really nasty fumes like a lot of cleaners you. (You still need to have the doors/windows open- all agents give off some fumes.) If you're on city water, this should take care of your problem. Make sure to rinse all surfaces in contact with the chemical thoroughly before using the shower again. If that doesn't work, I would talk to someone in your local hardware/plumbing store about getting a stronger descaler type of cleaner. A clean shower is beautiful! Best of luck to you! :)

I have those same shower doors so I can feel your pain. I first cleaned my shower with a product called No Scrub (I bought mine at the grocery store but I think you can find it at Walmart or other retail stores for less than $2 a bottle...It is white and the spray nozzle is yellow. It does what it says...you don't have to scrub. It does the work for you. Spray some on, let it sit for a little bit then rinse with the shower head). Once it was good and clean I spray it down daily with a product I bought at Target. It is made by Method and it is called Ying Yang scent Daily Shower Cleaner. The smell is heavenly and it works great!
Good Luck!

Buy a squeegee and a bottle of shower cleaner that says it removes soap scum (I personally like Method's cleaner bc there are no toxic smelling fumes) and keep them in your shower. Then spray and squeegee after you shower. It takes a total of about a min to keep your shower looking clean. If you have a lot of build-up now it may take a few weeks to see a difference...but keep it up and you'll have a clean shower in no time!

I will tell you what I found for soap scum on glass doors. I couldn't get it off either till someone told me to try one of the Mr. clean sponges Magic Eraser. I didn't think it would work but with a little rubbing it came right off. All the cleaners I had tried and an eraser gets it off!

Seriously the BEST product at removing that is not even marketed for it. It is called the Barkeepers friend. It is in a gold can that looks just like a can of Comet however it is gold and called the Barkeepers Friend, lol. You can get it at Wal-Mart or many of other chains. THE MAGIC ERASER leaves tiny scratches in your glass!! Sandpaper would remove soap scuma also!!!

Get something that is for removing soap scum first. Spray it on and let it sit for a few minutes then wipe it off. rinse it off then use a mildew remover and do the same thing. Then scrub the entire shower with comet or ajax and rinse then spray faucets with windex and wipe with a paper towel to make it shine. Good luck!

Once you do get them clean, keep a 10- or 12-inch squeegee handy and squeegee the inside of the glass dry after every shower. They'll stay clean that way. Believe it.

Baby oil or lemon oil may also dissolve the scum, and make it easy to wipe away. The nice thing about using these is that the water will bead off for a while, discouraging new scum build up!

I really like the Mr. Clean magic erasers. They do a great job of getting off soap scum with minimal effort. If the stuff is really crusted on thick, scrape most of it off with a razor blade or paint scraper first, then do the eraser.
