My dead beat farther of one of my kids work awhile than he soon quits. That don't make sense to me. If i was a man and had it to do i would feel proud about it, knowing i'm trying to help take care of them. Whats wrong with these dead *** men?

My ex-husband has a financial responsibility to his children as determined by the court. My ex too, has skipped out on jobs and had gotten himself into serious arrears. My attorney advised me to file a show cause summons each and everytime he fails to comply with his court order. He is now up to date,because I don't back down. Many fathers do not like giving up money,because they don't know how the ex-wife is going to use it. I now have sole custody, as I was able to prove my ex unfit. Ex still has the right to see the kids every other weekend, but he never shows or communicates. "To each it's own." Take care.

men feel that if they are not with you then you will not be able to take care of yourself or the kids. they are selfish and child support isn't enough to care for the kids, and some men feel that if they pay it there is nothing else the kids will need. and we all know that is not true. dead beat dads are foolish because they will need the kids one day and there will not be a relationship. kids grow and remember what parents have or have not done for them. as a child they love you but as an adult they judge you. so dead beat dads the tables will turn. turn on you.

First you need to learn to type this out a little better and as a wife of a father paying child support, part of it is your fault for not taking him to court go file the paper and get an order in then he will have no choice. If you don't do your part to get the money from him and make him pay it hes not just going to pay you men are lazy honey and you need to make him know he is going to have to pay for this you didn't get pregnant on your own he helped. If you have the papers in order he has no chice but if not then why should he pay when you are doing nothing to make him do it. Some states will put you in jail if you don't pay it I don't know where you live but you need to look into some sort of court order of something!

You may have to pay some court fee's. Get a Income withholding order on him. That information will be sent out to the Employer, that Income Withholding order will flag his SSN and tax id number and employee ID number that way the money will be sent directly to you. In other words his checks will get garnished.

They aren't men when they can't pay for their responsiblity. They blame the woman. And I have found in a few they don't want to pay because she is supposible on drugs. And if you really search they are the bad parent not you.
They are trying to pay your back. They don't care about the kids or how it effects them.

The court takes my child support, whether I want it to pay it myself or not. Contact Social Services, they will deduct it for you.
