What kind of dvd burner do i need? ide, duplicator, or sata?

i have a dell dimension b310 w/ 1gb ram and 80 mb hard drive

IDE would be my choice because I am not personally aware of ANY SATA DVD drives\burners. A duplicator is an entirely different type of DVD Burner. They are made specificly for duplication purposes only and are mostly stand alone models. Although, some do use a connection to a computer.
