Yup. Go to a spy store they are everywhere. What is it for? Something sneeky i bet. Hope you find one.

Depending on the size of the charm.
There are spy camera's you can buy online and in local spy retail stores. Stores that offer home security systems.
They do make pin hole camers small enough you can mount them on the back of a mans tie or through a shirt button hole. To actually implant one in a charm and have it wireless to a battery or local receiver would be custom work I would assume. And it woud be costly.
You can buy small pin hole cameras that run on 9 volt batteries, ones that are mounted in clocks, clock radios, picture frames, etc.

I don't know about getting a camera installed...but there are many hidden camera options you can use. Like a fake pack of marlboro cigarettes...or a VCR and DVD player that really works...but also secretly records...or a wireless potted plant with a hidden camera...many options available.

You have to buy a necklace that already has a camera in it. So first check out the websites that advertise clandestine surveillance cameras.
