A miscarriage can happen from all sorts of things! They say 75% of the time though it is caused by a genetic defect! Otherwise a miscarriage might happen because of a disease the mother has, drug abuse, incompetent cervix,,, etc! Many women have had a miscarriage without even knowing... it is extremely more common then we all think, and most of the time it doesn't mean that you can't ever carry again! I had a miscarriage and got pregnant 3 months later and had a healthy baby boy!
Abortion is when you choose to terminate your pregnancy for your own reasons! Bringing a child into this world when you know you can't take care of it would be a sin in itself... why burden a helpless soul?? I just saw a documentary on Abortion... and it's so true that the only people that speak of it are the anti-abortion women! Otherwise it is kept in secret by many... I personally have never had one... because the joy of having a baby outweighs the financial burden, the sleep deprivation, and the freedom to do what you want! You will always gain those things back...

Well. A miscarriage is when your body releases a fertilized egg (embryo) due to a number of reasons. The embryo could've become unattatched by natural causes from the wall of the uterus, drinking too much, being abused, stress, etc. The body will generally rid itself of something that could become a problem. Or a woman's uterus could be too small. An abortion, now that is different and depends on what stage of pregnancy you're in. A miscarriage could look just like your period or could result in major blood loss it just depends on the stage, but most legal abortions take place in a hospital and the embryo is simply remove manually from the wall of the uterus. Guilt is an emotion that women typically feel I think. If the baby is farther along...the more gross an abortion becomes...There are pictures I'm sure in books in your public library.

aving a misscarriage is what happens when you have an abortion. They go hand in hand. A miscarriage is caused by natural causes and an abortion is an induced miscarriage! Having a miscarriage was very painful for me, severe cramping, lots of bleeding for about 2-3 weeks and mental anguish. Some woman may not agree but it was the worste thing my body has ever gone though! And I have had two! (miscarriages by natural causes not abortions)

An abortion is the deliberate killing of a child in the womb through the use of chemicals or surgical instruments. A miscarriage occurs when the child dies of natural causes and passes out of the womb.

If you are considerating an abortion, I just want you to know that you will think about it for the rest of your life.... I know, it makes me sick to my stomach to think what I did. its been 18 years and I still image it. Do research on conseption before you do anything. Don't think it will be the easy way out, it isn't. I have children now, and I wouldn't trade them for the world. I still had them when I was young, and it wasn't easy, I was a divorced mother w/ 1 & 3 year old in my early 20's. But, you get through it, somehow life just works out. I'm older now, and I regret my decission so many years ago, esp. when I look at my children now. They are blessings and I had no right to take away a blessing I was given. Your parents WILL understand, I promise. I would accept anything that came to me from my kids, anything. If they don't look me up and I will help you deal with it! Promise!!!!

Why are you worried about this all of a sudden? Are you going to make up a story next about you having a miscarriage or abortion and you need to get ideas of what to tell people?

miscarriage-your body stops a pregnancy on its own.
abortion-you go to the doc and they terminate your pregnancy.
I have had both...a miscarriage didn't hurt as bad...the abortion made me sad and I went through a few years of counseling( it was one that I had to have because the baby was dead inside of me)
