You only one guess and best answer can only be the first to pick the MVP.

I am going with...in his home park batting 4th for the National League Jason Bay...

Even though I want the American league to win, I think the National League has the better pitching in the front. If it is a close game the American league has the better back end of the pitching staff with Jenks, Papelbon, and Mo. But it has to be close, and I think K. Rogers will bomb.

Anyhow Jason Bay MVP.

WOW I didn't expect to see a Jason Bay echo right of the bat(no pun intended) hmm Intresting. BTW I don't know who laaaaaaaaaaaaaaa is.

I also like Lirano but I hope the game isn't already over by the time Ozzie gets him in it.

LOL yeah I knew you go w/ Ortiz...

As for all the Ortiz comments, he better hit a grandslam his 1st at bat because with Thome and Konerko on the bench and Ozzie Guillen the coach, I don't see Ortiz staying in the game very long (no DH).

its gonna be someone noone would think of, someone on the NL is going to come in as a pinch hitter and get the game winning hit in the 9th off mariano rivera! i'm thinking dan uggla. remember in1995 when jeff conine hit a home run in the 8th inning to win it for the NL 3-2? well all it takes is one at bat to change the outcome of the game and who gets MVP.

I am going to go with someone off of the bench. Joe Mauer of the Minnesota Twins. He'll be 2 - 2 with 3 RBI's a double and a HR.
