I hate that people from other countries constantly bash Americans. I'm not so dumb to think that the US is the best country and crap like that. I admit that there are people out there who are bigots and are ignorant and arrogant. Although it's easier to generalize and say Americans are a certain way as a whole, why don't you give credit to the people who are open-minded and willing to learn about other cultures? My request is that you talk about where you are from or what religion you are. Maybe I'll learn something. Don't think this is some sort of a s s kissing routine, it'll just be interesting to learn about different cultures from the actual people's point of view other than looking it up on the web. And if you are just going to be rude and say something stupid like "Americans are too fat and lazy to make their own language" don't answer at all because you'll just piss off people.

Your argument is good, but you did the exact same thing you want others to stop doing. Stop generalizing a whole group of people based on the actions of a few.

I was told just recently that there are people who fear having an open mind because whateverelse is in there will fall out. I was raised Norwegian Lutheran, half barbarian, half fundamentalist. Both my parents are professional Republicans who refuse to discuss anything with me because I can show them where Jesus supports the opposite of what they believe. I don't worry about their inheritance, (or is that mine?) I know that Jesus really does Love whoever loves him and that only by example can we do what he asks. I live alone, I have friends, I was given a dog, one who has the same personality that I have which goes against popular belief that opposites attract. I am happy until I am unhappy at which time I seek change so I can be happy again. If your in trouble I might be able to help you and I might not. Help has to be a true issue to gain resolution, but I don't mind pittling around either if the company is fun.

The only type of people in america that get recognized are in fact those that are bigoted and arrogant. But you must realize that as your complaining of other countries making generalities about ours your doing the same thing about theirs. Just because this is the only thing we both hear about eachothers countries. It doesn't mean that we/they are all like that or think this way

It is a love hate thing..people hate us around the globe, but heck they are sure all trying to get here to live as fast as they can. Jealousy is a wonderous thing.

It's like people bashing "the rich" because they have managed to get themselves rich, but we sure would all like to be wouldnt we?
