You, get ovulation test from the drug store.
You, don't have sex but every 2-3 days when not ovulating.
You, take prenatal vitamins and progesterone supplments.

Him, boxers not briefs, no bicycling or strenous excersize.
Him, no masturbating between every 2-3 day sex when not ovulating.
Him, sperm do best around 93 degrees, so icing down his area would not be a bad idea.

Both of you, try different sexual positions to get the absolute most penetration.

Unfortunately, your best bet for conceiving with Endo is to have the disease removed, which sounds like it might cause a financial hardship for you depending on your insurance situation. It doesn't have to be a fertility specialist who does the surgery; in fact it probably shouldn't be, since they are fertility experts and not necessarily Endo experts. You need to find a doc, hopefully within your insurance, who can truly remove the disease from all locations. Lupron, alternative therapies, and other remedies have never been shown in any evidence based studies to improve fertility, but surgical debulking and removal of Endo has been. Good luck and I hope you are on your way to becoming a mom real soon.

Go to doctor and get a physical check-up and see an OB-Gyn to discuss getting pregnant. Your problem could be something very minor like a nutritional deficiency or something a little more complex like a hormonal imbalance. Try charting your cycle and your daily body basal temperature to determine when you ovulate and if your cycle is regular (ie., too few days between ovulation and next period could be a luteal phase defect that prevents implantation).

Find a way to raise money to see a specialist. There is no price on the joy of being able to give birth to a child you so desperately want. Good luck.

If you've been trying to conceive in the usual manner for over a year it's time to consult a fertility specialist. The doctor will ask you questions about your relationship and sex life, and you and your partner will undergo tests for STDs, ova viability, sperm count and such.

I have been trying for three years and I finnally went in to the doctors a week ago. She is running tests on me and she just put me on Clomid to help me out. I would make sure to take the ovulation tests to make sure you know when you are ovulating and also, keep your hips up for 20 min after intercourse. Good luck

The late Benny Hill would say, "Maybe you should put another man on the job."

First, make sure your husband isn't wearing a condom.

Second, check your husband's underwear. Briefs are constricting, and excess warmth can decrease sperm production. Get him to wear boxers and baggier pants.

Third, go to your fertility specialist and have your husband's sperm checked for count and motility.

Fourth, get yourself checked too. That same fertility specialist will have some good ideas. Listen to her advice and follow it.

are you ovulating? it sounds like after a year there is something wrong, but remember the harder you try the harder it will be to get pregnant, so number one relax, number two get a fertile focus microscope so you check your ovulation days, use preseed lubricant this lubricant is sperm friendly it will not kill sperm like other lubricants and saliva do, remember that when we are TTC we loose cervic fluid because of the constant sex!!, then lay down with your legs up for about 20 minutes after sex. Good luck and remember to relax.

All I can tell you is to have sex like rabbits, that worked for us. I hope that it will happen for you soon. I hate how all these teenagers on here are getting pregnant with no problem but a honest person who wants to have a baby can't.
