Well, you can start by preparing for CAT -- Common Aptitude Test, conducted by IIMs or MAT -- Management Aptitude Test -- and applying for entrance exams conducted by various institutes & universities (I am guessing u r in India)... you can also take coaching for such exams and also update your English, Vocabulary as well GK skills... talk to people who are are currently enrolled in MBA programs and also contact colleges and universities that offer this program.

I should say this...although not to discourage you, that competition is not going to be a cake walk,but very tough and extremely tough in case of IIMs...so a suggestion of mine: prepare with IIM CAT exam in mind and apply that level of skills to all exams you take.
