I'm going to Las Vegas (first time ever) and I want to get a tattoo while I'm there. I was thinking pink dice with a cherry stem (dice that look like cherries, basically). Is that really corny? I don't want a lame tattoo.

thats a cute idea. but maybe you could get a tattoo in your home town instead- that way you can assure touch ups and an artist is going to care how the design will look in a year or two.
Lots of people get tattoos on vacation which is super fun- and they usually get good work- but sometimes they get an artist that is in it for the cash and doesnt care what the design is going to age like. Or care that much about sterility- not to say all vegas artists are like that- most are really good. but there are some....
Also, if yer gonna get a tatttoo on vacation- get it the last day so you can have fun (llike swim and go in the sun) because fresh tattoos need alot of tender loving care!
The dice/ cherries idea is cute as hell- its been done alot but get what you want to get and ignore everyone else. good luck!!!

It sounds cool. You would have a double luck tattoo that way! And different design!
There are lots of tattoo parlors in Vegas, so make certain you go to a good one. (You don't want to get an infection or anything). If you have cable TV check out INKED, it's about a tattoo place in the Palms.

I would say it depends on how you would feel about it when you get old. When I got my tattoo I tried to picture myself as an old lady, and would I be embarassed to have the tattoo. If not then go ahead!

it would only be cool if you got it really big on your lower back. that would be so cool! Like nobody would ever have it! Seriously though, tattoos will get copied and everyone will get sick of them sooner or later. do you think it's lame? if not go for it! don't ask us =oP

that sounds like a great tattoo
just have the tattoo artist draw it first if you don;t have a picture.
then that way you can make changes then, you can have it done

this tatoo is going to be with you for the rest of your life.
you shoudl get something that has more meaning to you, something that really expresses you. whatever you do, DONT pick one out of a book. do you really want something that everyone else will have? be original!
