I have that same problem! haha I suggest getting more sleep. At least 8 hours but no more than 10. Even getting TOO much sleep will make you tired in the morning. Also, set your alarm clock on the other side of your room. That way, you have to get out of bed to turn it off. Tell yourself to stay out of bed, and then go take a shower. Those always help me wake up in the morning. To keep you awake throughout the day, don't forget to eat a full breakfast. Good luck!

Try making sure you get the full 8 hours of sleep, and that you have a diet with a lot of protien. This will help with feeling tired. As for the motivation... put your alarm clock all the way across the room. It helps to wake you up by walking, and it's a pain to have it keep going off.

Always go to bed, and get up at the same times. Even on the weekend. Also, copious amounts of coffee will help with the motivating. I suffer from the same thing, as part of my bipolar, and the only answer I've ever found is to have something you really want to do, just waiting for you to get up and do it.

Try and keep a normal sleep/wake schedule... Exercise... Eat right... It also helps to immediately get out of bed when your alarm goes off, even if you don't feel like it, just roll out... Jump in the shower and get a good-smelling body wash or shampoo and crank some good upbeat songs! Hope this helps!

Try to think of something each that that excites you, like shopping, eating a specific food that you usually don't indulge in, or *clears throat* having sex. I find that having something to look forward to each day is the best motivation for leaving the safety of the sheets. Today, my motivation was buying a pair shoes at lunch.

Go to bed at the same time every night, and get up the same time every morning. It sets your internal clock, or something. If that fails, start doing speed....just kidding.

Stick to a sleep schedule everyday. Even on weekends.
Move your alarm clock and turn the lights on as bright at possible as soon as your alarm goes on. NO Snooze either.

get a really loud/annoying alarm clock and put it on the opposite side of your room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off
