i'm looking for a cool way so say i love you to someone with out actually saying the words again!

take em on a cruse or to the beach or whatever, and then get a blimp that says i love you or play a spelling game in the sand then make it say i love you

a card, dinner, doing anything that makes him happy. Even if you just sit and watch a ball game with him, he'll appreciate that you're doing it for him.
