Evolution works many wonderful things - it is said to be possible to create sperm from female stem cells thus rendering men obsolete in theory, so nature surely would have a similar eventuality if say all the females died due to an obscure virus. again probably resulting from stem cells and would evolve over 1000's of years into the normal way of doing it!
remember NATURE LOVES VARIETY, what is normal for today may be outdated in 1000 years biologically speaking.. that's if we don't all kill each other or pollute ourselves before then.

That is a really retarded question. You, as a male, cannot get pregnant. You lack the biological ability. Besides the obvious missing parts for conception, your body is not physically designed to carry a child for nine months.

You can take an embryo created by in-vitro techniques and have it implanted on your omentum (that's an area of fatty tissue that lies on top of your intestines) and it is possible that it will begin to develop and grow.
That having been said, there is a good chance it would kill you. If it didn't, the child would have to be removed surgically long before it reached term, and incubated for a period of time.
Highly dangerous, but possible.

Yes a man could be pregnant but not following a normal procedure. It is a developmental anomaly. It is called Foetus in Fitu. One foetus enters into another one during intrauterine life.

YOu can't ! YOu need a uterus and ovaries. Husbands often say we are pregnant because they identify so closely with their wives. However, no eggs, no womb, no pregnancy.
