Someone told me that they take off their tops if you pay them enough

Hooters blows, or it does where I live, nope no tops off, and the foods nasty, and the Hooters girls, for the most part, aren't hot

No. Tops stay on. Usually college girls that wear skin tight shorts and v-neck t-shirts.
There standards of who is allowed to be a hooter girl has gone down since ugly women claim discrimination.
Other than that, its just a sports bar.

the hooters in long beach california has great food it's also a sports bar, and the girls keep their clothes on. whoever told you that lied. it's not allowed to remove clothing. at the vault in long beach there having a hooters bikini contest this month. that's my boyfriends birthday present from me.

No they do not.
They wear short croped tops and very short shorts they take your order and bring your food that is it.
My friend was the manager of a Hooters.

No they just wear tight shirts. It's no a strip club. They won't take their shirts off.
