DO u like slipknot?I don't I think there freaks with masks.You know what I hate, is when people say greenday should wear mask,no they shouldn't one reason they look good and another is there not ugly slipknot.Do you like slipknot though?

I like Slipknot. The masks and uniforms are their way around the whole "pop-star" image thing. Not all of their music is great, some of their lyrics are truly lame, but they're energetic and different and brave about being different. That won't make you like them any more than you do, but it might help you understand why your friends like them.
Greenday is a whole different kind of band. Their facial expressions add to their performance, so thier show is better without masks. They were a better band before they started to go pop.

I'm more of a song person than a band persone, i think slipknot has some good song here and there. As for Greenday, they are an awesome band, they've came a long ways and still stuck to their genre of music.

Slipknot scares me. They're crazy masks give me nightmares. What??? People say that about Green Day?? I don't think so...they might recently be a little over-played, but they're good none the less.

Green Day are punk wannabees and slipknot sucks as well. I suggest listening to something where the people who make the music can actually play instruments.

I never bought any Greenday but i remember them from around 95-95 , they were kinda poppy , but what i heard on the radio was ok , i did like the guitar tones. Slipknot? you can have em'...
