what's the best way to view EPL games on TV here in the states?

Directv offers them on a pay-per-view basis but it's expensive, $19.95 a game.

Fox Soccer shows some of the bigger games as well.

The Fox Soccer Channel will show EPL games quite often, but not all of them.

I know that Dish Network carries the channel, but I'm not so sure about the other providers
