Try Red hummingbird feeders. Use sugar water with red dye. Keep the water fresh.
Some bushes and flowers attract them. Ask someone at your local nursery.
A lot depends on your location and time of year.

Hey there! Hummingbirds are so great, I've got lots of little baby ones in the yard right now, they are super cute. They are especially attracted to red, so they love coral/red trumpet vines, but I've also seen them in my light purple hibiscus. When you get a feeder, make sure you take good care of it, because you could actually harm them by not maintaining it. Depending on where you live and how hot it is in the summer, you can feed a 4:1 ratio (not 1/2 and 1/2) or even at 5:1 ration of water to sugar if then need more water. The red dye is definitely not necessary and should not be used. Just the standard plastic red thing will work. I've found I really like the "flat" style feeder because you can watch them better. Make sure you hang it near a place that has vegetation (in a tree?) so that they can watch and escape from predators. Enjoy!

We have a feeder for them that we got from Walmart. We fill it with a syrup that you make by boiling 4 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar for two minutes. There is a hummingbird there right now.

At home improvement and gardening stores you can often find seed packets/canisters marked hummingbird mix. These contain seed for flowers and plants that have colors and nectar that hummingbirds favor.

THIS IS WHAT WORKED FOR ME...I WAS SO FRUSTRATED THAT I HAD 2 HUMMINGBIRD FEEDERS OUTSIDE AND THEY NEVER CAME TO DRINK...WOULD YOU BELIEVE 6 MONTHS LATER THEY SHOWED UP AND I HAVE HAD THEM EVER SINCE....THE KEY IS PATIENCE...JUST MAKE SURE YOU DO HALF WATER/HALF SUGAR AND CHANGE IT AS NEEDED. IT MAY TAKE AWHILE BUT IF YOU LEAVE THOSE FEEDERS UP, THEY WILL SHOW. GOOD LUCK
