short career good money. They're smart they went to school for a short time and got a good paying job the end. They probably told all their friends(who are asians) and their friends told their friends(who are also asians) and so on... so they spread the good word : ) and everyone is an Rn now :) the end. lol. oh and if the main Rn who's in charge of all the rn's is asian there is a big chance that's she's only hiring asians.

There is a lack of RN's in the states, and it has become a good opportunity for people in other countries to learn the necessary skills and get a work visa.

There is a shortage of American nurses and the hospitals recruit nurses from wherever they can find them. Nursing is a good career for many girls in the U.S. who may not know what avenue to pursue.
