Re-live them...knowing everything I know now...? Oh, MAN, I could conquer the world! Or, at least have a greater sense of scope.
And, I would have gone to the stupid prom by myself, instead of sitting home feeling sorry for myself that I didn't get asked.
AND: most importantly, I would take this entire list with me and post it in every single high school, coast to coast!

Mainly, I would have dated much more. I was really shy and had some kind of subconscious near-phobia about getting rejected, so I never asked out several gals I probably would have had a good chance with. My only other regret is that I wish I'd tried to build a larger circle of friends. I was "buddies" with everyone, but only had 2 or 3 really close friends. Oh, well. As they say, hindsight is 20/20.

Maybe study harder and then perhaps college would have been easier.lol We traveled constantly, do to my fathers work, a different school and city or state, about every 2 months,it was hard to plan on things such as prom etc.but I am grateful that I have had the chance to live in many places . It taught me to make friends quickly and to be a very good judge of character.. I was always the New girl so I learned to adapt fast. I always had friends .

I was a book worm, I would been more assertive, and tried to get involved in some sport.
Also would have told some of those preps who made fun of me and said "She never talks" that still waters run deep, and maybe I just don't have anything to say to you.
(And bought Starbucks stock!)

I'd appreciate my skinny body that no longer exists. I would have fun and be a teenager. I was obsessed with my school grades and I let my parents bully me into thinking that I would never have a future or a career without getting straight A's. I would give anything to be a teenager again.

I realized on graduation day that I didn't know half of the students in my grade. I had 4 years to get to know them, and I stuck with just my little clique. If I could go back, I would want to get to know everybody there, because they all seem like nice people but I just never bothered to check up on it. Of course, I would have studied harder and gotten better grades, because intelligence can get you anywhere, but now I'm stuck working two jobs with no goal in life really.

Work harder.
Play harder.
It is sooo easy to let time slide by wasted when you're a teen. Later you realize how many amazing opportunities are available to you. Sports participation, clubs, educational opportunities -- both in high school and college the choices are innumerable.
Just don't waste the time.

There is one girl that I let intimidate me before I had the emotional tools to deal with her. She has haunted me for the rest of my life and been the measure no other woman could equal. I haven't seen her in 40 years and still she is the last thing in my mind before I go to sleep. First thing in the morning, coffee wins, always.

Realize how blissfully skinny I was and actually have better self esteem. I was an anorexic model and I NEVER thought I was attractive or skinny enough. I'd kill now to be the weight I was right before I became anorexic so I could enjoy it!
