since i let my son go with his father the one he hasnt seen for 14 yrs,he has not come back home... he claims i kicked him out .. but i didnt... i miss my son alot and i cant get a hold of him... he says to me the last time he wasnt coming home its been almost 2 wks and i havent heard from him... did i do wrong letting him go with his dad... why does he hate me ... why doesnt he called i do have full custody of him and now his dad wants to fight for custody.. after 14 yrs can u believe that.... where does a mom do wrong... i just cant keep crying someone please help...

A 14 yo is very good at manipulation. It will be only a matter of time before he gets tired of his father's rules and wants to come home. Did the court give you custody? If so, you can notify the court and they will make your ex return him to you.

Maybe his dad is being the cool dad and giving him more freedom. Remember he's a new person to him and he's just checking him out. If he hasn't has a father-like figure now he has one. Give him some more time. He'll remember all that you did for him when the new father thing starts to wear off and all of a sudden he's not such a cool dad as he thought.

How old is your son? If your son is 14 I think he has the "right" to decide where he wants to live regardless of the fact that you have full custody. I think somehow you need to make amends with your son and work things out, but maybe you need to let him cool off...I hope things work out!

From what you have written, it seems like you've done nothing wrong.It is not your fault your sons wants to stay with his father. Maybe the father is alienating him from you.

He want's him cause most of the hard work of raising a child is done.
Get his dad on the phone and DEMAND he bring him back or else get a lawyer and get one SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!
