The northern end of Rehoboth (far northern) yes there is a gay beach. There is also a gay bookstore on Rehoboth Avenue as well as some clubs. Over all Rehoboth Beach is a gay friendly beach. I was raised in Delaware. My BF and I are planning to be at Cape Henlopen State Park the last week of August. Camping.

Ha, Ha, ha . The Bible says they are going to hell next.
If you think having a more expensive house is a reason to become homosexual then you are just as sick as the homos.
It matters not what you property is worth when you will soon be dead from the disease of incurable AIDS !
The average life span of a homosexual is only 1/2 that of a normal person. That's right 1/2 ! On average you can expect to die at age 38 ! That's the statistics. Is it worth the risk.?
Oh, did I tell you of the wonderful accomodations you will have with an eternity of eternal torment in a burning hell where Jesus said, " there shall be weeping and nashing of teeth"?
Homosexuals are fools. Trading away an eternity of bliss in heaven for a moment of disgusting sexual pleasure.
What fools.

This is a response to Gary --
Gary -- the statistics you are quoting are from (formerly) Dr. Paul Cameron. He used statistics only for gay males who had died of AIDS in the 80s. Even that wasn't heinous enough, so in some way that I don't understand (not my field of research) he falsified results to make them even worse.
I've given a few links below. Paul Cameron lost his teaching position and his right to use the title he had previously worked very hard for, due to being caught falsifying or misreprenting data in a study. He was removed from the American Psychological Association, which was nearly unprecedented, and after his research techniques were reviewed again, his work was condemned by the American Sociological Association, which also removed him from some form of associate membership according to what I have read on the man.
His work was refuted under peer review, proven to be totally false and bogus and laughed out of the academic world.
Yet, the Wingnuts continue to use his work, because its lies are all they have to support their own lies.
Now, that that has been exposed.
Have a good day.

PS It is likely that the last article listed will want to open in Outlook -- it did so with me, its a newspaper article, I'm not sure why it likes Outlook.

I don't think there's any causality there. Rehoboth has had a gay contingent for twenty years at least... I know, because my friend PJ delivered for Grotto back then. I think your property values have doubled because of the so-called 'housing bubble' that looks as though has just begun to burst. I hope you enjoyed insanely high rates of increasing property value. Everything I'm reading tells me that those days are over. Do a little research and you'll sound more intelligent for it.

Probably Hell, just kidding, yeh why is it where guys tend to invest or vacation property value tends to double-sometimes triple? Check beach restort areas in Massachusetets or even New Hampshire, Lake Winnepasakee is nice and I'm sure they will begin congregatig there.

You've got a point. You almost can't buy in Key West or Provincetown. Look at Palm Springs! I wish I knew too, I'm getting ready to retire in a few years, and I'd like to buy into the next gay real estate boom and watch it grow around me!
PS I've been to Rehoboth 3 times, and I love it there.

That's a shame for you. Gays have been going to Rehoboth for 25+ years. In the last FIVE years, beach property in surrounding Bethany, Dewey and O.C. MD have more than TRIPLED! I'd get out while you can!
