It could be many things. Bladder infection, urinary tract infection, kidney stones, and more. You definitely need to see a doctor asap because what ever it is will only get worse if untreated.
Here are a couple links that will help you learn about it. If it is a bladder or urinary tract infection its not the beginning, its already bad. Good Luck!

It could be a kidney infection or something along that line. You need to get to the doctor and get treatment for it. Antibiotics will clear up an infection in a week or two and if it isn't that, the doctor can find out what it is. Don't take chances, see the doctor!! Good luck!!!

You may have the beginnings of a kidney or bladder infection. You need to go see a doctor. You're also probably drinking too many sodas. Carbonated water is usually the #1 reason why a woman has a kidney or bladder infection. Now go and get checked out. Best of luck to you.............

First of all, you don't "pee out blood" when you have your period. They are two seperate parts of your body. (Your period is discharged from your uterus.)

If you're really concerned with peeing blood, you should go to the doctor.
