the doctor's say that you should weigh 100 pound when you are 5 feet tall. I am thirteen and weigh 94 pounds. I am also 4 foot 9 and a half.

Yeah, that's fine. Before my wife got pregnant, she was 20, 4'10" and weighed 93 lbs. She had (and still has) nice curves. No one would have called her skinny. She just looked good (still does).

that's a little overweight for the height....but only by about 5 pounds maybe..
no one's really skinny, she's just slender.
but if she's anorexic or anything like that, then you really need to help her out.
